Cometic 1.275mm Metal Head Gasket for WRX #16783

This Cometic head gasket was made for the Turbo EJ20 it is a multi layer steel gasket. The Cometic MLS gaskets are comprised of three layers of stainless steal. Cometic uses stainless steel for increased strength, it's ability to rebound and corrosion resistance. The outer layers of the gasket are embossed and coated on both sides with a flouroelastomer rubber based material (Viton) designed to meet the demands of a veriety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions and surface finishes. The Viton coating is heat resistant to 250 degrees celcius or 482 degrees farenheit. By design the MLS gasket promotes an even torque across the sealing surface allowing for measurable reduced bore distortion. No re-torque is necessary. You NEED 2 of these Head gaskets.
